Everwild offers tiered design services based on the scale and complexity of your project.
Enhancement Design
For landscape enhancements, Small scale foundation plantings, or smaller-scale improvements, design fees are integrated into the overall project, and although some design concepts are communicated through the estimate, most of the specific plant design is done on-site and with plants currently available at nurseries.
Comprehensive Design
For larger properties or more complex projects, we offer full-property conceptual design. The process begins with a short questionnaire and phone call to make sure this is the right fit. From there, we schedule a paid on-site consultation where we walk the property, discuss desired uses and spaces, explore ideas, and identify any challenges or problem areas.
After the consultation, we provide a design proposal that outlines what we discussed, what the design will address, and the overall feel and purpose of the project, along with the design fee and budget suggestion for install (if were the ones installing it) Once the proposal is accepted, we begin the design process. The scope and level of detail can vary depending on the budget, size, and complexity of the project, and will be clearly outlined in the proposal.
Plant Design for Contractors
For contractors and hardscape professionals who need support developing planting plans. This is especially useful for projects that require specialty plant knowledge or ecological considerations. We also offer plant sourcing and delivery. We can place plants and let your team install, or we can do the plant install for you.
TASK BASED PROJECTS
Task-based work receives a free estimate. Although we are a specialized landscaping company, we currently offer many traditional landscaping services as well. It is still helpful to reach out and share a little about what you need so we can make sure it is within our scope.

STEWARDSHIP & ONGOING CARE
Maintenance begins with a thorough walk around the property and an understanding of the client's preferences, goals, and budget. We work together to find the right level of care for your garden. Based on your style, the size of the space, and how involved you would like to be, we create a maintenance plan tailored to you that can be adjusted over time as needed. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal plans.
